6' X 6' Booth with one 6' table and 2 chairs or 9' wide by 6' deep space with 12' tabletop (limited availability)

Wi-Fi is available for vendors upon request. Conference leadership is not responsible for Wi-Fi equipment malfunctions, or service outages

We encourage you to take credit cards, checks and cash; we are not able to process funds or credit cards for vendors

Vendors are not allowed to sell or distribute written literature. Sale of books or written literature is reserved for speakers only.

2 lunches provided per Booth
Cost
$ 100 vendor fee is due after your booth has been approved to participate as a vendor. Fee is due within 30 days of notification. Selected vendors will be notified by email whether or not approved. Conference entrance is not included but may be purchased separately. ($150 for larger booth with limited availability)
